Clayton built the kids a playhouse a few months back, and I realized that I've never blogged about it! (Leslie H... here's some pictures for you since you're so far away now!) It has been a blast for our kids, our dogs, the cats, and ALL of the kids that frequent our home. Even the oldest of kids at our Journey get togethers have loved it. We decorated it with lights for Christmas (and for the Journey bonfire), and Madison's already talking about how we can plant flowers all around it for spring. (Does she know who her mother is?) I just wanted to share a bit of Clayton's handy work.. he's so talented!

That is the coolest playhouse ever. I am one of the BIG KIDS that have played on it. And take it from it, it lives up the the hype. The picture doesn't do it justice. Good job Clayton.

Does your hubby take advance orders for 3-4 yrs down the road??? I'm thinking I'd like to put in one the tree of my future house! That tree is AWESOME!

That is incredible!!! Did he buy plans for it, or make them himself? W-O-W!! I want to add on to our existing playset, and this is really inspiring!
No, no plans. He actually didn't draw anything out on paper at all - he likes to just start with something and go with it. So not like me.. I need a plan!
Hmmm....no plans, eh? Well, could he direct me to the right kind of wood to buy, and maybe we could wing it, too!!
